Facility Rental Request Form

Please complete this form in order to make a request to rent indoor and/or outdoor space(s) within Loyalist Township.  For assistance or general questions about renting space in the Township, email Recreation & Facilities or call 613-386-7351 x200.

This is not a facility agreement, just a request to rent the space.  Requests will be reviewed and allocated by facility booking staff.  Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response to your request.
