Civil Ceremony Bookings Form

There are two ceremony locations within the Township, which are, Council Chambers and Babcock Mill. Once your form is submitted a member form the Clerk's Division will be in contact with you to confirm your ceremony date and time along with book a pre-ceremony consultation. During the pre-ceremony consultation we will discuss:

cost totals
what to expect day of the ceremony
conditions and details for chosen ceremony location

Pre-ceremony consultations will take place virtually, however if you would prefer to attend in person at the Township Office in Odessa that can be accommodated.

All payments must be received before the ceremony date. Accepted payment methods:

cash
debit
cheque made payable to Loyalist Township

All ceremonies will be a cost of $300 and if the ceremony location is Babcock Mill a park rental fee will be included as per the Township's Miscellaneous Fees and Charges By-law 'Schedule F'.

Please note this is a requested date and time. Ceremony dates and times will be confirmed by the Clerk's Division once the booking form is submitted. Please note from May-August availability for civil ceremonies booke don Fridays will be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
