- Three quotations for each project component
- Consultation notes from the Development Services Division

- A copy of the organization’s Corporate Annual Return
- A list of the organization’s Directors and Officers
- A copy of the organization’s Articles of Incorporation
- Proof of Insurance
- Letter of Permission from the Property Owner, if applicable
